Internal Quality Assurance Cell with the team of the teaching faculty monitors the work progress of teaching and learning process of students, teaching and non-teaching faculty. It advices the students to participate in academic & non–academic competitions. It insists a faculty member to enhance research activates by motivating them in register for Ph.D programme & to publish scientific papers in reputed/ UGC care listed journals. Every year it conducts faculty development programme to update the knowledge of teaching faculty based on the syllabus recommended by University of Madras
