Complaints from students and other stakeholders are handled by the college's grievance cell, also known as the Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC). The GRC's objectives are to promptly address grievances and preserve a safe atmosphere for staffs and students.
The cell's main goal is to maintain an impartial and equitable learning environment and to address complaints on both academic and extracurricular issues. Additionally, the cell fosters a positive student-teacher interaction and improves the bond between students and the institution.
